Description
This modular LED light engine is similar to the DMF Lighting DRD2 1250 Lumen Fixed Downlight (14.3 W). This version, however, is the 1000 Lumen model, so it fits better into circumstances where you don’t need quite as much light output. No matter what color temperature you choose, this module also carries a 93+ CRI rating.
The DRD2 1000 Lumen Fixed Downlight is perfect for rooms that don’t need the full output of the 1250 Lumen or 1500 Lumen versions. Think of spaces like hallways, home theaters, back porches, bedrooms, etc. These are great for lower-ceiling environments like basements.
DMF’s modular concept means you can swap out to a different module or trim at any time or simply swap the lens optic. So, if you purchase a lumen output that is too much or too little, you can switch to the output you need in a different module. Here’s how this could work: you buy and install one or two DRD2 lights and realize that the output isn’t what you thought; initiate a return with support and then purchase the correct modules. Simple. I want you to experience premium lighting in your home, so I mean it when I say these lights are legit.
